TEAM STRUCTURE

The team is comprised of team members (manager and current certified dog handlers), and candidates are evaluated on an on-going basis by the entire team.  Decisions are made by a majority vote of team members. The team manager serves as coordinator and public relations manager. Past team members are encouraged to share their experience, and serve as evaluators on tests. Business meetings are called as needed and include reports by the treasurer on financial issues. Formal training sessions are held each week, and attendance at each workout is expected. Handlers (candidates and team members) lead the workouts on a rotating basis.
